house. Set in three acres of tranquil and pleasant gardens it has all the comforts
you'll need, including an outdoor swimming pool and a vinery.

 Open all the year round, we are ideally situated for visiting Fontwell Race Course, Goodwood, Chichester, Arundel, and Portsmouth, or exploring the coast and the south downs. Walkers and cyclists are very welcome.
